Created by and for people who've felt dismissed, unheard, or alone in their health journeys, The Cuterus Corner is a community bringing lived experience and clinical expertise together under one roof. We believe everyone deserves answers, support, and a body they understand.
We envision a world where every woman is supported by trusted knowledge, connected through real community, and equipped with the resources she needs so that her menstrual and hormonal health becomes the foundation for living fully.
To redefine how women, and individuals assigned female at birth, experience their menstrual, hormonal, and pelvic health by creating communities for real conversation, collective learning, and the tools to feel confident and in control of their bodies.
All of this started with a conversation. We had both been navigating chronic menstrual health conditions for years — different diagnoses, same story: dismissed by doctors, left to figure it out alone, hungry for real information and a community that actually understood.
We looked around Montreal and realized nothing like that existed.
So, we built it.
What started as a gathering became something bigger than either of us expected. The rooms kept filling, the conversations kept going.
As of 2026, The Cuterus Corner is a registered nonprofit — because women's health deserves continuity, visibility, and support.
Thank you for being part of our journey!
-Naba & Mimi
Director, Education & Programming
Mireia is a Licensed Holistic Nutrition Practitioner living with PMOS/PCOS. Her work is shaped as much by lived experience — years of navigating dismissed symptoms, fragmented care, and conflicting medical guidance — as by her formal training in holistic nutrition.
At TCC, Mireia leads the development of educational content, nutrition-informed programming, and workshop facilitation — translating complex, often inaccessible health information into practical, community-based learning that helps people better understand their bodies and navigate care systems with more confidence.
She is also the founder of Nutristica, a program supporting individuals with PMOS through nutrition-focused, personalized care — helping individuals better understand how food, hormones, and daily habits intersect in managing their condition.
Director, Partnerships & Development
Naba is an endometriosis and healthcare advocate, working to improve access to education, resources, and support for women and gender-diverse individuals. Living with endometriosis, she has experienced firsthand the diagnostic delays, dismissed pain, and fragmented care that so many face — and has turned that experience into a drive to close the gaps in menstrual, reproductive, hormonal, and pelvic health.
At TCC, Naba leads strategic partnerships, organizational growth, and advocacy programming, turning fragmented conversations around menstrual health into coordinated, community-based initiatives that connect individuals, healthcare providers, researchers, and policy stakeholders.
Alongside her work at TCC, Naba is the founder of Pelvactiv, a program offering 1:1 support to individuals navigating their own endometriosis diagnosis and treatment journeys.
